You can setup a shared mailbox for everyone in the office to access or send all your faxes to a central point for distribution to recipients. Sending faxes is as easy as sending in e-mail. Simply address your fax to phonenumber@desktopsendfax.com and your fax is on it's way. Your outgoing fax identity is secure since you specify which e-mail addresses are allowed to send faxes. In addition status notices are sent letting you know if and when your fax was delivered and the reason it might have failed.
