Such Mconnect, Inc. entities and/or national or international business partners are governed by Mconnect, Inc.'s privacy policies with respect to the use of this data.

Mconnect, Inc. reserves the right to use personally identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity that threatens either Mconnect, Inc. or any company affiliated with Mconnect, Inc. Mconnect, Inc. may use personally identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activities that threaten the integrity of service or of the network, or that otherwise violate Mconnect, Inc.’s Service Agreements. Moreover, upon the appropriate request of a government agency, law enforcement agency, court or as otherwise required by law, Mconnect, Inc. may disclose personally identifiable information.

Mconnect, Inc. does not sell products or services for purchase or use by children. Mconnect, Inc. does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. In addition, Mconnect, Inc. will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits or collects personally identifiable information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to Mconnect, Inc., please contact us at support@mconnectinc.com so that the information can be removed.
