Mconnect, Inc. is committed to respecting our customers’ privacy. Once you choose to provide personally identifiable information, it will only be used in the context of your customer relationship with Mconnect, Inc. Mconnect, Inc. collects and uses personally identifiable information for billing, provisioning of service, resolution of problems associated with service, 411 type directory services, and to inform you of new products or services that will enhance Mconnect, Inc.’s ability to provide service to you. Mconnect, Inc. may also use personally identifiable information to market products and services to you, but will not sell, rent, trade, lease, or disclose or make available any personally identifiable information to any third parties seeking to market products without your prior consent.  This includes information derived from registration, subscription, and use of Mconnect, Inc.’s service.

Unless required by law or your prior permission is obtained, Mconnect, Inc. will only share the personal data you provide with other Mconnect, Inc. entities and/or business partners who are acting on Mconnect, Inc.’s behalf to provide you services. Such Mconnect, Inc. entities and/or national or international business partners are governed by Mconnect, Inc.'s privacy policies with respect to the use of this data.

Mconnect, Inc. reserves the right to use personally identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity that threatens either Mconnect, Inc. or any company affiliated with Mconnect, Inc.  Mconnect, Inc. may use personally identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activities that threaten the integrity of service or of the network, or that otherwise violate Mconnect, Inc.’s Service Agreements. Moreover, upon the appropriate request of a government agency, law enforcement agency, court or as otherwise required by law, Mconnect, Inc. may disclose personally identifiable information.

Mconnect, Inc. does not sell products or services for purchase or use by children. Mconnect, Inc. does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. In addition, Mconnect, Inc. will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits or collects personally identifiable information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to Mconnect, Inc., please contact us at support@Mconnectinc.com so that the information can be removed.
