Keep Your Existing Home or Business Phone Number

You may like your phone number, but want to fire your phone company.

In the past, you were required to get a new phone number each time you changed phone companies, but with recent legislation, there's a very good chance that you can keep your existing phone number when you switch to Mconnect, Inc. VoIP.

After all, it is the number that your friends and family have come to associate with you over the years. "Local Number Portability" is the term for the requirement that the government has put into place mandating that your home phone number belongs to you, not to the phone company.
